Daily itinerary

walking through woodsWe start each day at Casa de Alces with an optional meditation session. This will be followed by a pre-surf snack of fruit and coffee or tea, then morning surf lessons. After the post-surf breakfast, there will be a couple of hours for lounging or exploring, with a mid-day yoga class prior to lunch. Between lunch and afternoon surf lessons, participants will have plenty of time to relax, explore the town, hang out on the beach and generally rest up. Evening surf lessons inevitably lead to hanging out for sunset on the beach and then the evening meal. After dinner, we all take part in an evening recovery meeting. The meetings will be structured so that everyone participating on the trip will have the opportunity to share their story of recovery with the rest of the group, followed by group discussion.
One ½ day of the program is devoted to ziplining with Miss Sky, a very well respected ziplining adventure company. We also have a bonfire on the beach one evening during the week.
All activities are optional, although all participants are encouraged to take part in every aspect of the program.
